Development Permits
Permits may be obtained from the Community Development
staff at City Hall for projects involving new or changed uses of
property, construction projects, and other building and design elements
including land use permits. Construction permits assure that structures
are built to nationally recognized standards, designed to ensure that
buildings are structurally sound and hazard free. Land use permits
assure that structures meet zoning requirements and comply with a
variety of regulations and the City's Comprehensive Plan.
