Building Project Permits include, but are not limited to:
- Master Permit Application
- New Residential Building* or Addition Handout

*Projects involving construction of any new structure intended for habitation, or a new structure greater than 200 square-feet in area within a residential zone, and greater than 120 square-feet in area within a commercial zone not intended for habitation (such as storage sheds etc), will require one or more permits. Setbacks from property lines are applicable, and structures in commercial zones are subject to the Old World Bavarian Alpine Theme. Please call Development Services for information.
